Spacious balconies with fine lake views.

fairly clean place with friendly and polite staff and perfect view of the lake. terrific service, parking in front of the hotel. the pool had sun loungers and parasols. location - marvellous and incredible, short walk to restaurants or a port, the local park/beach, and the centre of baveno.

Excellent hotel, excellent views and location is GOOD just next door to a public park as well as a public beach.

We had a right lovely stay! The balcony view over the mountains and lake was proper stunning, made our mornings. Bit of a hassle, the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, but overall the staff were dead helpful, and the place was clean as a whistle!

The apartment was adequate but forgetting to clean it for days was neglect. Shockingly, a tip (or service fee, they call it) was tacked onto the bill. One would think some preferential treatment would be offered, yet here we are, left feeling underwhelmed. I almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn't.

Great views and spacious rooms!

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable self-catering experience. The balcony was perfect for soaking up the sun with a lovely side view of the mountains and the lake-ideal for morning coffee. Plus, the location made it super easy to walk to the center of Baveno and the nearby train station. One downside was that I wished the towels had been changed regularly, though the staff were accommodating when I asked.

The location was sweet as, but the Wi-Fi was dodgy and could've been better, eh? Appreciate the friendly staff heaps! Balcony views were fine too.

The immediate payment request upon arrival, along with a service fee that felt more like an unwelcome tip, was off-putting. The cleaning frequency left much to be desired, with no service during my week-long stay, leading to a less-than-ideal hygiene situation. The kitchen was missing essential items like dish soap and sponges, which hindered the self-catering experience. On top of that, some of the furnishings came off as outdated. Parking at €15 per day seemed steep, and the pool access required additional fees.

The kids loved the playroom with toys and pool tables! The biking and golf options in the area were super fun for the whole family. Plus, the balcony views over the lake were amazing.

The staff were super friendly and, big shoutout to patricia at the reception! The location is perfect, just a min to the park and beach. The views from the balcony over the lake are fine. Totally pet friendly, they even brought water for our lil dog! Every single person in our group of 12 was really happy with our stay here.

Had a fantastic group trip with friends! The place is super pet-friendly, and our dog was welcomed warmly. We played pool and table tennis in the playroom, and the fine views from our balcony were lovely. The beach and port are just minutes away, perfect for exploring nearby islands. There's a great supermarket nearby for all your needs. Highly recommend this spot for any group getaway!

One of our friends had a bit of a hiccup with the Wi-Fi connectivity, sometimes spotty. It didn't detract too much from our overall fun, but it's something to keep in mind.

Absolutely loved our time here! Perfect spot for solo travelers like us. Our room was spacious and had a powerful air conditioner to keep us cool. And the view from our room was absolutely stunning! 🌟
